Again I wonder how it is that the utility managers property assessed for 61000 when similar homes were assessed for 100000-115000. His taxes run 300 per year while others pay 900-1000 per year. And why was the owner listed as Crossman aka Beazer?
OK, I have rejected your comment twice, but I decided to go ahead and post it this time so that I could point out the obvious.
The owner was listed as Crossman and the assesment was low because it was done during the construction of the house....don't you feel kinda silly now?
No I don't feel silly! I 'll let you know next spring how I really feel.
